Given the nature of our products and in accordance with applicable law, the possibility of reimbursement does not cover products that are made to order; the consumer's specifications or adapted in such a way that they serve meet its individual needs. How to replace the product:
According to the law the consumer goods sold electronically are covered by 2-year warranty. During this period, the customer is entitled to claim the goods.

The customer can select a preferred form of the complaint. There are: product repair, refund or exchange for a new one. We make a deposit refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. Form of return will be via bank transfer.
